• The Statement of Investment Principles (SIP), which sets out the details of the Scheme’s investment strategy.
• The Chair of the Trustee’s annual governance statement, which explains how the Scheme has been assessed against the Pension Regulator’s requirements for defined contribution pension schemes, particularly in relation to the costs, charges and value for money to members, as well as the knowledge and understanding of the Scheme’s Trustee directors.
• The Implementation Statement, which summarises how the Scheme has implemented the strategy set out in the SIP.
• The Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), which explains how we identify, assess and manage climate-related investment risks and opportunities.
